We are located in Milton, ON, Canada.  We offer World-Wide shipping to our international clients. Shipping fees may vary depending on your location. Orders outside of Canada and the USA may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.  Free shipping is available on orders above $130 CAD  before tax.

Due to COVID-19 shipping may be delayed, if there is a date or event you are planning to purchase for, we recommend planning ahead, considering it will take 6-7 business days for shipping within Canada, and 2-4 weeks for International Shipping. We dispatch our parcels on Mondays and Fridays.

Refund Policy

Info

Our refund policy is lenient, we offer an exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, with the exception of earrings and sale items, as they are final sale.  Any Item being exchanged has to be in its original condition and packaging. In case of a defect or wrong item received, we require a picture of the product and packaging, for our insurance claim purposes. Our company does not offer return labels, for more information contact us at velourscase@gmail.com
